"Halitron currently intends to retain the shares of Preferred Stock C until around September 29, 2017" Note the word: around. Also, now the 80m shares are distributed to far more O/S than at that time of PR (3B vs. 6B?). Value is half unless you doubled your personal share count as I type...

Divvy is nothing more than a motivator to buy more new shares...with the hopes the investor doesn't get the fact that what you read is NOT what you are going to get! If anything, in the end.

That is part of the reason my trust of this HAON CEO has diminished.
