Do you think Mallinkrodt would strike deals with IPCI on Pristiq and Lamictal if they believed for one single second that IPCI had dropped the ball on those applications with the FDA?

I'm not trying to be a smart ass k it's a serious question.

I just don't get why/how IPCI can possibly be blamed for lack of generic approvals that have been stuck in the FDA's generics backlog for over 5 full years now...and cant see MNK striking deals on 2 ANDA's still stuck in the FDA's pipeline without fully vetting the stage they're at in the FDA's generics backlog 1st.

I guess MNK could say ok we'll sign deals on Pristiq and Lamictal on your word IPCI but if it turns out you're hiding problems with the FDA back and forth we'll drop em...but if that's the case why sign deals in the 1st place if they didn't see any proof that led them to believe the deals were worth signing?
