"Pacer" is not going to resolve this issue.

This is a SEC suspension. The only way for a recovery is if TALK management contacts the SEC and resolves the issue, if that's even possible for our particular case. More than likely that won't be the case because:

1.) We haven't heard from TALK in over a year.

2.) They have yet to file financials OR updated their licenses.

3.) TALK website is down, and has been down.

Not only does it appear that UMS is unloading it's assets, TALK is now suspended. This is a COMPLETE 180 turn for the worst since their letter to shareholders back in June 2016. TALK's management has done nothing to inform or update shareholders that "was", (key word "was") INVESTED in their company.

I was optimistic before, but now I just don't see it happening. Nothing on Pacer will matter if TALK ceases to trade.
