Received an email from Sky’s IR team regarding going current and the attorney letter:

The getting current process is underway and has been for some time, including obtaining the attorney letter, under which the company has to meet certain conditions, including any comments, etc. from OTC on the fillings. The company is doing everything it can to expedite the process, however the timing on symbol changes is in the hands of OTC. Rest assured that the company will stay on top of it until it is completed.
