Its doubtful they have any plans for share structure anytime soon... They have been at the bottom for years. I think they are more focused on getting the endless 1s to end with new financing and getting the fazyinc machines built and demonstrated in 60 days... You can buy but don't expect this to move for a while. They have made a lot of progress but there is still a lot more work to be done....
