What are the odds of CDTH with 1.3 million in cash, trading at ~25X Book Value (at .50 cents) beating out

SCMP with 84.7 million in cash, 247 million in revenue, trading at ~20X Book Value???

Let me be perfectly clear about one thing: I HOPE ONE OF THESE COMPANIES ENDS UP WITH A TREATMENT/CURE FOR THIS DISEASE!
