It is an area on the border of Honduras and Nigeria with indigenous "Indians" (it's what they call themselves, not me lol).
They have declared independence as a nation, they have their own money, their own resources, and have hired Energy Quest to help them develop their infrastructure and help with resource gathering and exportation contracts.
