That line of thinking is just nonsense. A public company is no different than a commercial property. It does not matter what it was used as before, if it has been cleaned up and remodeled, it can become anything. Whorehouses of old have been converted into restaurants and respectable businesses, just Google it. With the logic you are attempting to apply we'd have to burn down any building that did not meet your appropriate list of uses.

PAOG took over an old dirty shell and they have been doing everything they can to clean up any old issues, and for those of us that have been around this game, we know they have done a great job.
