I completely agree with your assessment as I have been saying this for years.

But I think the MMs will keep the stock trading sideways and slightly down as they did today so that they can try and cover the Naked Shares. Plus scare retail out of their shares.

They do this all the time. See my comments below.

All the talk of traders bids being bypassed, maybe the MM'S are filing short sellers buy to cover orders at a discount to market. In turn is a disadvantage to good folks like us.
Theoretically if approximately 2.5 million shares are still naked short from Monday, they have 3 days to cover due to the broker requirements for finding the shares to borrow. This is correct, but if they do not cover, we will start to see FTDs about 2 weeks after the requirement to cover, for whatever reason it does not start shwowing up immediately and from then on, it is monthly thereafter when they have to reflect the balance on their books so to speak.

Mine are locked, but I don't even know if that matters with the way these otc stocks are attacked.
Today and tomorrow I would expect covering due to anticipation of S-1 filing on the horizon and big money interest from friends of investors.
Any further whispers behind the scene attracts buyers as we saw a mammoth share price breakout Monday and will repeat itself.
All IMO.
