Got a response from Optium CEO, Todd Rutherford, just now on a few questions that i had.

- Can you confirm that there is no reverse split planned here? Tom has said there will be none, but getting that answer from you would mean a ton to shareholders.
There is no reverse split planned.

- If no R/S planned, can that be disclosed in a future press release?
We should be able to do that.

- Does the company already have customers lined up to use the new proprietary software solution?
Yes. This will be disclosed in an upcoming press release.

- Is the solution only applicable to only the healthcare sector?
No.

- Do you plan on enacting any share cancellation or buyback to make the current share structure more favorable to shareholders?
We will take that underconsideration at our next directors meeting.

- lastly, what kind of revenues are you expecting with your solution? I know it is a loaded question, but maybe ballpark figures.
