the OTHER part is WE ARE ON THE CESSPOOL OTCBB

the MM's don't display their actual total SHARES to Buy or SELL

they only show 100 as a place holder ... they often will NOT HONOR

an ORDER even when at the current BID or ASK - Criminal MM's

they pay their $1 Million dollar fine to the SEC and continue ....
