I recently confirmed this as well. They are growing Marquis M1 high CBD hemp. The only concern for testing is not whether there is CBD or not but rather that the THC is not higher than 5% or the whole crop has to be destroyed. As for hemp seeds, they are a valuable byproduct and have nothing to do with the CBD parts of the plant. They have approximately 500,000 plants of Marquis M1 High CBD Hemp.
