Things are happening. Think about it. When employees are willing to be paid in options and not actual salary; when the CEO says that they have retained a top advisory firm to help with strategic partnering (who themselves are working on commission) and mentions that they are pursuing multiple partnering possibilities, the writing is on the wall.

The market cap is so small right now that one 10-15 million dollar deal makes this the year's biggest gainer on any stock market. (And I think the deal will be worth much more than that.) I think the stock pops to $2-3 (which is still half of what it was before the reverse split) this Fall and then rockets with deal announcement. IMHO
