Smitter- your analysis is perplexing
So what if the volunteers raised 250K in cash, the company has burned through somewhere between 50 and 100 Million US Dollars with nothing to show for its shareholders.
50-100M with zero profit!
You dismiss the number of shares, approx 300M, as if inconsequential. My friend, it took that number of shares and that vast degree of dilution to raise the money over the years to sustain the meaningless operation of a company based on nothing, fluff, air, grift, a company designed solely to enrich its insiders and to confer no benefit whatsoever on its shareholders.
And you and your hypothetical band of volunteers are gonna raise 250K and turn nothing into something?
It would be a gross miscarriage of justice to do anything other than shoot this horse.
