Hmmm now that is a good point.
Property value didn’t double in one year looking over real estate sites of neighboring facilities...
Since the lack of detailed information from one year to the next doesn’t state whether they sold that hotel or rented it out and/or leasing the land...although I may have overlooked it digging through six years of annuals 2011/2014 being all over 100 pages each 2015/2016 14 pages.
However if that was the case where is that revenue annotated? Seems to, on average, been losing money all around for the last six years.

No R/S since takeover in six years however increase from 300,000,000 shares to 2,500,000,000 and that’s just the common. Curious as to why 2014 lists all the insider noteholder by shares but leaves them out 2015/16...also shortens the list...that should definitely be reinstated.

They claim to be buying share on the open market, is there really any way to prove that? Do insiders file14g’s when they acquire 10% or more?

Very curious why EFLN pays EAFN for 100 years...

This stock and this family is an enigma at best. I do like it and have flipped it on a few occasions.

I’d like to see them pink current but it’s been 3 years at least that they haven’t been and fourth time they’ve received the CE stamp from otc markets maybe more but that’s all I found.

I believe one audit from a third party and all the questions will be answered.

Since they are continuing to fight with otcmarkets about filing basic information, I sincerely hope that other three letter stock killer doesn’t get involved and halt this like they have so many others already this year. My opinion there’s still reasonable doubt and hopefully it’s all cleared up here by end of month.
