That appears to be INOH P&D #70, par for the course. The scams have what is called PUMP AND DUMP, that's what we repeatedly see with INOH - a story to inflate prices in order to dump shares on unaware traders who either don't perform DD and/or think regulatory agencies will protect them from scams.
