Do an SEC search on Chris Jensen's brother this was a Chris scam. This is why Chris can't open a real brokerage account in his name and yes his bro was found guilty. Most will po ho this off but in my deposition they thought I was involved. Chris Jensen opens nominee accounts in other's names cuz he hides his trading activity from the SEC. Go ahead send the SEC over. Chris pleaded no contest cost him 200k in disgorgement penalties in 2014. Now this is fact could care less if anyone believes what I write.
