Here's my take. He is trying but has little to zero knowledge of contracts. If he did I would assume he would know that a 38 page contract isn't just a one off and sign situation. In my opinion we have a incompetent In the world of business CEO with a good product that stumbled into a mammoth deal. God speed to all of us as I'm sure the lawyers are done with him.
