I tend to agree. Bahrain is an odd choice given there aren't any other domestic locations.
I think the reason is because Bahrain is a small country so there would be limited opportunities to expand there later. It's also money coming in now, and with regards to franchising, you don't want to hand control to someone and have them screw it up. At least any "growing pains" that occur from franchising over there would be less likely to affect domestic prospects.
But I agree. I'd rather see new locations along the west and east coasts, and then expand internationally.
Parsi seems desperate for money and doesn't care where it comes from, Bahrain or Boston, Munich or Miami.
