You are not alone feeling bad about holding companies trying to get back to even. It is a whole different feeling holding NGL, even adding underwater. The averaging down also adds to the tax free return of capital! The money can be reinvested for compounding affect or spent as we like or need. WAY better than holding C corps that pay themselves and their friends on the board big salaries and fat bonuses while shareholders wait... on hold. Like forever on a customer service phone call.

Soon our cost basis drops another .39 which will bring my basis below todays high, and my guess is at some point in the not too distant future NGL returns to $20 and will stop being so undervalued. Then between distributions, which will likely rise, I will lower the cost by flipping the high cost units and rebuying them after 30 days all the way back up to $24 where my most expensive units were bought.
