That doesn't even make sense. There are plenty of publicly traded companies that grow marijuana in states where it is legal. The sec doesn't get involved. I would know, I've invested in my fair share. Not to mention cbd is canabanoid which is hemp based. Hemp is legal.

But you wouldn't know that would you.
