SPTNWS, thanks a bunch for going to the effort of contacting them, and for your response. sliveslar hasn't received a reply, either.

It could be that the questions were too direct and could not be answered. Still, I expected better of them. Why have the link in the first place? They had to know there were "inquiring minds" at work here. A response telling you they couldn't respond, along with the reasons why would seem to have been in order.

Perhaps it's worth another try with some general questions instead. That way they can at least flesh out what can and cannot be said. I'd be happy to join you in that effort.
