No, this one is for real.

I've been skeptical of Hayes too for the exact same reasons all of you have been. EPGL has too much going on in too many talks for some of it not to have leaked to a friend of a friend who is a good friend. The VC community is competitive, yet tight with one another.

It's all good -and whether we get .05 or .50 for our shares depends on a lot of factors.
