This is incorrect information. You are confusing Ford and Ford Fleet. Ford Fleet has had a Midwest utility company testing the safe driving app for about a month.

Here is the information on Ford from the 8/4 PR:

On4 Communications (OTC: ONCI) today announced today that after a year of communication we have been invited by FORD MOTOR COMPANY to pitch our FMS distracted driving app at their corporate offices in Dearborn Michigan. The FORD meeting has been in the works since late last year and will take place on September 27, 2017.


If it has only been "communication" with no testing, it would truly be a miracle to get a signed contract tomorrow. This pitch might set us for testing. Hope for the best.
