There is something brewing if you ask me. According to most the merger actually fell trough but crunch lists it as completed. As well 1 month after that ADTM domain was updated (while it was due actually in the end of the year - they updated it in May) with domain owner info blocked out. While, now get this, the CEO's personal webpage has all that whois info public, so why would he hide it on ADTM website?

The ADTM site is also sending an 200 code (means its functional) while if you try to go there it "times out".

There's something going on.
