REAL CEO...PAY CUTS...LAYOFFS...

IF, IF this BOD and "INTERIM CEO" have an ounce of integrity and actual business "MANAGEMENT" experience in their left nuts, then they need to CONSERVE CASH ASAP, as if it's their last cup of water in a 1000 miles of desert. Else, they're posers, they're just taking pay, they're not "managing" a damn thing and are breaching their fiduciary duties.

The CAN NOT DO A CASH RAISE at these prices and not expect to breach their fiduciary duties- WITHOUT DOING EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER FIRST, to CUT SPENDING AND CONSERVE CASH...CASH..CASH...CASH....


When times are tough in high tech...it's SOP, STANDARD to take a 10% across the board pay cut. And the CEO should take a larger one, with the Sr Veeps also taking larger cuts. They get their "perks" in options- so if they believe their own sh$%T, then show us you're serious and put your money where your Power Point reading lame mouth's are.

TELL THE MARKET YOU'RE REAL MANAGERS, FIRST RATE PROS and cut the burn rate and conserve that cash...as if it's the most precious commodity on earth, cause for a POS company in this situation, that cash is more important that solid gold right now.

1) CUT THE BURN RATE

2) PAY CUTS is the fastest way...and it's SOP in the industry

3) A layoff...cut 10%. If you can't find 10% DEADWOOD after DANNO hired like a drunken sailor, then you ain't serious and don't take your fiduciary duties seriously. Just posers along for a fat paycheck.


MAKE THE HARD DAMN DECISIONS and act like you're NASDAQ grade company leaders. These boys are playing minor league ball and a bad high school team could beat their sorry asses. They need to "MANAGE" like they're in the big leagues- cause they're sucking down comp and pay packages like they're playing in the major leagues.

CUT COSTS NOW, TELL "THE MARKET" you're deadly serious as managers, real leaders. And then deliver your milestones and SEAL A MONEYBALL DEAL, no more "partnerships" with no one putting up any bank. Hell, anyone can ink "free deals", those are called "experiments" on the company dime.

FOUR "FRANCHISES" is the new mantra- and it's lame it took as long as it did to dream up that supposed brilliant BS-speak. DELIVER SOMETHING REAL. I can make Power Point slides in an afternoon, and I can dream up something far better than "FOUR FRANCHISES" and do it while drinking a beer or lifting weights or flying inverted and chewing gum- it's not like splitting the atom or something.

These boys are way, way, way past TIME TO MANAGE, TIME TO DELIVER, TIME TO BUY SHARES WITH YOUR OWN DAMN MONEY...TIME TO MAKE TOUGH DECISIONS AND CUT SPENDING etc. Man-up, and play in the big leagues.

Else, resign and get a real group of leaders in the command seat- cause you're getting your sorry ass tails waxed in every dog fight, and you don't even appear to know the basics. The dudes shooting you down- look like they have 20 hours seat-time in prop jobs, and you're supposed to be qualified in the F/A-18 and rate as a "TOP GUN". Which is it? Boys or MEN?
