With all due respect, IR should not and generally would not know of the current OS, so anything they report should be taken with a large grain of salt. The only entity (other than the company itself) that could shed light on the OS is the transfer agent and they are still gagged. Odd that a company would gag its transfer agent while allowing IR to release its best guess as to the current OS.
