Seems that this a better scenario for shareholders aside from not being able to take control of the company?
1. GE now has shares that he may likely now want to see price appreciation
2. Less company debt
But... I believe he cant sell the shares for 6 months, I also believe he said no more dilution this year. Does that mean we could see dilution in January as he would have no interest in selling at that point interest in making a profit?
