YUP!! I give up. I'm just not getting why Zaric even made the effort to go public. Generally, it is to get toxic financing via convertible notes. But, that does not seem to be the case here. And he could have gone the 12g route to avoid suspension.

Oh Well, looks like another one bites the dust.
