You would have to believe that that nut job over in North Korea has a lot of money in the market. He has single-handedly moved the market up and down as he pleases the past 6 months or so.

As for BAC, why it hasn't tested $28-30 confirms how irrational this market is trading still...But then we said the same thing when it was in the teens...
