Anyone posting libelous or defamatory statements is a violation of the TOS. If anyone sold based on that information, as posted here, that would set a person up for a major lawsuit. Moderators should review some of those post and if the information is incorrect and misleading posters should be banned from this forum. TOS specifically states that posting libelous or tortious statements are a violation.
