it is coming out of the remainder of the A/S and dilution nevertheless. yes I know it is good for the company long run but it sucks for those waiting in the short term. Rossi already brought the PPS down from over .50 because of his mistakes and about to tamper with the lows again. The 7 month belated 10K did not help either.

I expect it to be manipulated down as we are seeing for the lowest possible pps that the PP can get.
