And even with such, I would think they're still missing 100 things....

(one role me and my guys have is doing the "what about this, and this, and what about that, etc" with accountants....which usually end in adjustments and revisions, etc.....which I tend to present as "I'm not sure your aware of this, or if it's applicable, but what about the ________, etc".....

Unless an accountant spends actual time on the site walking through facility and operations, they really can't have a complete understanding of everything...
