How much cash and how many shares?

They don't seem to have much cash if you check the last filing. They have 5B shares left with the current level of the A/S. But that won't cover the current conversion rate of the existing preferred shares. So, how many shares will need to be issued?

They should also address the current situation with Colorado SOS.
