It is being manipulated up and down for the profit of a few. It will need a strong "maintained" upward rise to drive out the shorts. Very difficult to do with skittish holders of the stock....most likely the buyers in the thirties today sold when they saw that the rise would not be maintained...cut their losses and ran away.
