I realize this is a public forum. But my question was if their was a settlement, then there is public records of the settlement in the court. So I guess what I want to know is, the court that this case was held in so I can read the settlement. Being the company didn't give us any information on the outcome, and I have a feeling why, I would would like to do prove my feelings right or wrong. DD that's all. Because I am not pumping another penny into this company till they start giving me some legitimate information.
