damn right it doesn't. Not based on how this thing has traded over the past two weeks. Its quite apparent there is a massive effort holding this down for someone(s) to do some large-scale accumulation.
I see the MMs taking turns bid-whacking and then stacking their own bids just a bit lower than the current high bid.
I see them clearly using BMIC and VNDM as cover for this as well. The "known" dilutors, right? lol...
I haven't been at this very long, but I never seen a stock that has all the clear and present catalysts that VIVA has, continue to churn at such an absurd PPS channel (5 weeks now between $.003 and $.0016!!) for as long as this has, while maintaining this type of volume, and, if we are to take Johnny at his word, which I do, no dilution either. I just don't see this happening without big money making it this way.
And that is quite alright with me.
