When I`ve talked to the co -chairman of GCM he says all management agree
that the company is vastly undervalued .

They own a large percentage of stock as well as a pile of debs .

They will not entertain any takeover offer until the share price is many
times higher than this .

They pushed this company through to this stage with the risk of being shot .
