Layton is another creature of swamp. Any respectable CEO wont allow the companies to remain under conservatorship for so long.

Layton is very irresponsible in referring to mafia credit line as capital.
It is not a core capital, it a debt capital. Layton wants to throw away the company profits and capital and then drown the companies in non-payable usury debt.
