It looks like Citadel (CDEL) and Canacord (CTSI) are on the bid at .145 while Citadel was on the offer with a 100k+ but just pulled that and is up at .17 now. There weren't many trades at .16 so they've just stepped back to a higher price level.

Makes me think we have a shot a moving slightly higher into the close.
