Well I should clarify a little. It's not a merger. It's an acquisition. Big difference as KDRH will not exist upon completion and the ticker symbol will likely be changed. Literally just using KDRH because it was cheaper to buy then to start new. (know you were over at OWCP so it's the same deal as they did) From what I understand the Intiva shares will be actively trading in the next 30 to 60 days. I can't say about the cross listing to the TSX.V but I can say that I'm sure it is or will be in the works.

Bottom Line... Jeff Friedland knows this world better than most and better than any MMJ company out there say for a select few and even that could be argued. To be such a young start-up company with such seasoned and well recognized and connected people at the helm I'm pumped.

There are a lot of investors who are or were in OWCP who are following here because of the Friedland connection. And likely other tickers CANN etc..

Not to promote another ticker here but I do expect that OWC will release big news in a near timeline which will make funds available for trading here and continue to drive funds coming in.
