Darling Capital, LLC (Yehuda Marrus) now has 506,269 shares (9.99% of O/S). Previously, they had 16,343 shares post-R/S adjusted, which was 16,343,479 shares and 9.99% of the O/S in December 2013 prior to the July 2015 R/S and dilution that occurred between December 2013 and July 2015.

So basically, they kept their 9.99% ownership by adding shares.

Darling Capital, LLC of New York (not to be confused with the same LLC name in California) has a history of acquiring 9.99% ownership of various OTC stocks.
