Question for someone. Sorry if this has already been asked, and sorry if it sounds dumb.

Now that we have hit below .01 does that mean we have to go another 30 days at .01 or higher. Or does the closing number have to be below .01 to start the 30 days over again.

I am new at the trading scene so my apologies if this is worded incorrectly or has already been addressed.
