I know why sales are actually down.

SiNi sales are down because their metals line is hopelessly outdated and they cannot sell an advanced bioceramic with an outdated metals portfolio. The outdated metals impacts SiNi sales because of the "pull through effect".

SiNi are also down because they lost a few Key surgeons that they replaced and then they took vacation or retired. Also Amedica is represented in to few geographic regions and the sales model is based on friendships which the industry has changed. Now they have seasoned sales professionals and new regional sales managers

Unfortunately sales are down because there is hospital vendor consolidation at this time, which is the reason.

SiNi sales are down because initial orders to fill inventory were large compared to replenishment orders but this should smooth out as distributors sell their inventory and replacement orders are place, "this will smooth".

There was not enough materials science to sell an advanced bioceramic and Amedica has published 40+ papers in top peer reviewed journals.

Sales are down because the wealth of clinical data needs to be mined and they are working on that now, but that data isn't good enough so they are started new retrospective clinical trials. The SNAP data would increase sales but unfortunately the data doesn't look so great The sales will go up once the clinical trial data is compiled.

So please hold tight - sales have turned around in the future around in the and sales momentum will continue in Q4 of 2017 as we implement our commercial sales strategy which also happened last year which is another reason sales were down last year and this year.
