this past Friday at the end of day I was going to nibble at the ask - 1k shares - I could not place order and there was a message that in order to trade this security I would have to contact my branch office . I also noticed the bid go high - don't remember exactly but it was something like .094 or .097

today I just tried an order to see and got the same message and called - was told online is restricted and have to call in to trade it .

after I hung up I tried a sell order and a sell order would work online but not a buy.

I don't know what to make of that - seems like a good sign if you cant buy but only sell online but I don't know ?
