Just spoke with Tony Pecoraro ....
for about 20 minutes concerning my visit to Mobile, AL plant. FWIW, I've only spoken with Tony twice over the last 9 months and for never more than 2 minutes.
Tony was in the Mobile, AL airport catching a flight back to Tampa for a couple of days before returning to Mobile once again. He didn't even know the closing PPS was .061 and when I told him, he simply sounded amazed. He did acknowledge delays were hurting PPS, but guys .... Tony (who owns 8 million shares - 3rd largest shareholder) is as excited about IHDR's potential as any officer of any publicly traded company could possibly be.
A big problem (my take) with EC V demo and CAVD demo seems to be coordination of events with EFTI. After all, EFTI is the Mobile, AL property owner and they have a great say in what goes on there. If IHDR wants to do something at the plant, they first must get EFTI's approval. This goes for approval of electricians, etc. Very frustrating for IHDR. Tomorrow ... EFTI approved electricians will be on site for EC V and CAVD work. Tony has stated that he's put 1,100 miles on his car searching for parts, etc. in the Mobile and Pensacola area and he's been extremely frustrated with the lack of necessary parts available in the area, unlike a bigger city. Nonetheless, it seems as if we're finally about 10 days away from many things happening. The CAVD plant must (as I've posted before) have new heaters, which are now going in beginning tomorrow.
All companies that are coming to Mobile for demonstrations have been notified of delays, etc. Tony states many many companies are very eager to visit the Mobile plant and now it appears as if this will finally be a real event. IHDR is in negotiations with many companies currently with regards to the EC V. There are many LOI's that will come to fruition upon EC V certification and mass production.
Another new development ....... IHDR is thrilled that ALL waste tires for the CAVD plant will be obtained for free. I am told this is big big news.
I believe that the CAVD and EC V technologies will finally be on working display (in tandem) about Oct. 1st or 2nd. Yes, it's been a long wait, but the company has struggled financially and repeatedly refused to entertain dilutive financing. We are just a few weeks away from news piece after news piece IMO.
I guarantee (yes, I said guarantee) that when IHDR is trading for .20, then .30 and so on, there will be many that will kick themselves for not taking the opportunity to purchase shares at this level.
Lastly, I found out on my own (yes, I'm very resourceful and it wasn't divulged by IHDR) one of the companies that IHDR is in talks with right now. If I gave you the name of this company, most of you would freak out. Please .... don't ask me who this GIGANTIC company is (market cap over $11 billion). I will not tell you. If you know me (as many do) then I hope you realize that I post with integrity and truth. I do not, and will not jeopardize any potential IHDR deals. If you knew who this company was, I guarantee they would be receiving a hundred calls a day inquiring about such negotiations, etc.
The penny market is being slaughtered right now and rightfully so IMO. That said, I have absolutely no problem with IHDR trading at this level because when IHDR trades on the Nasdaq some day, I'll look back in laughter at the PPS that I was able to buy. I still suspect IHDR could see trading around .05 as I've stated before. Fine with me. I say sell your shares to me if you're scared and execute your DD next time before you run off scared as many are.
I now own around 300K shares of IHDR and since I know the success of the company is just around the corner, I will use this opportunity to buy as many shares as I possibly can. Some would say that's stupid, but again .... I can smell a rat a mile away. There's no rat here unless you read Raging Bull.
