That can crush you in these businesses especially if it involves insurance.
I assume this might be an all cash business? Which would help. Plus one of the videos mentioned using nurse practioners instead of doctors which cuts down costs. The referral fee back to the affiliates seemed sketchy since I believe their are rules against referring patients to your own clinics . But that might just be for Medicare and certain types of insurance.
The kickback fee didn't surprise me when I saw Weber had brought in one of the clinics of his friends - Tassone And Lindsey in the Fort Lauderdale clinic.
The people running this company are sketchy at best. A COO who has been in prison, a CEO who appears to be just a front, and a CFO who has a history with pennystocks that get the crap diluted out of them.
Known toxic funders as well involved. It is a recipe for disaster for the common retail investor.
