Yes, FLPC is an OTC stock. OTC stocks are speculative. For people looking for something more secure, I would suggest trying the NASDAQ or maybe the NYSE.

Fortunately for an OTC stock, FLPC has some pretty great things going for it!
We have a real antmony mine, 1000 tons of mined ore, and management who has successfully opened this mine before and is willing to invest their own money into getting it running again.
