Exactly FastEddie! I hadn't read your post prior to my comment about Frankie and/or Willie reading the board.

It is obvious that is what happened since the PR was not there at 5:30 yesterday afternoon.

How do I know? I looked. Wanted to be sure I hadn't missed it.

I guess they were out having some cocktails, doing a little reading and realized what they hadn't done....

I think something like this could have been said:

"OH SHH... we forgot to do that PR.... DANG... well, let's finish this drink, then go home and get it done tonight and put the date as the 21st, that'll be close enough"
