Great DD Tarqwa. To sum it up for everyone, this "retirement" of shares is actually just a conversion to preferred shares which goes into the pockets of insiders, which means his pocket. So this hope for the "great event" that everyone is anticipating will basically never happen because even when it does the benefit to shareholders just isn't there. Disturbing.
